7. SMS Messaging Terms

7.1 SMS Program Description: As part of the Program, you may receive SMS (text) messages from NOBLE GENERAL AGENCY, LLC. These messages may include billing notifications, payment reminders, verification codes, and other account-related communications.

7.2 User Consent, Verbal Authorization, and Verification Process: In certain cases, your insurance agent may collect your mobile phone number during the quoting, binding, or e-signature process. Prior to providing your number, you may provide verbal consent to receive SMS messages related to your policy.

After your number is provided, we will send a one-time verification code via SMS. By providing this verification code to your agent, you confirm that you authorized the use of your mobile phone number and that you consent to receive SMS messages from us.

This combined process of verbal consent and verification code confirmation constitutes your express written consent to receive SMS messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency may vary.

7.3 Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and service plan.

7.4 Opt-Out Instructions: You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying “STOP” to any message you receive. After doing so, you will receive a confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent unless you opt back in.

7.5 Help Instructions: For assistance, contact us at 1-888-512-3103.

7.6 Carrier Disclaimer: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

7.7 Privacy: We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number with third parties for their marketing purposes. For more information, please review our Privacy Policy.
